Animal Description Header

Meet Apache.  Apache is one of the Traveling 7 that is Now ready to find his 4-Ever Home. Here is what his Foster has to say:  
He is doing well. We now call him Bud or Buddy since he never listens to Apache.

He went for his first walks on leash last week and did fantastic. Not afraid at all. He loves walking and sniffing, but he does not like to walk on the pavement.

No accidents in the house.

He has recently started chewing things that he shouldn't. Blankets and cat toys. So we picked them all up. He is not crated while we are gone at work anymore, and happily sleeps on the couch all day.

He is much better at taking treats and coming when I call him...if he isnt scared. When he is scared, he shuts down. He does not tolerate raised voices or dog scuffles.

He loves loves loves to run and play outside with dash and scout. He now goes potty without me walking outside as long as dash is with him. He is a little afraid of the dark but dash helps. He is getting better. He is a Barker now! He barks when he is happy and playing outside or when I come home. His tail is always up! He loves a lot of attention, but lays on his bed when I'm not petting him.
